Further procedure for open-air photovoltaic system

For the preparation of a project-related development plan for the open space photovoltaic plant west of the clear plant with a change in the land use plan, there was a public presentation of the 15. October to 12. November. At the groblangheim town council meeting on tuesday evening, the body accepted all the responses to the comments with a majority of six against five. The same procedure will be necessary again, because the flatness of the plant has been reduced due to the change of the route of a possible bypass. This decision was also passed by six votes to five.

The results of the votes were read out by mayor karl hochner. This is the objection of a neighboring farmer who fears restrictions because of the distance requirements. The planning office writes that due to the distance of 70 meters, the plant is no longer directly adjacent because of the change of the route of a possible bypass. In response to further objections from the farmer, the office stated that there would be no glare from the modules of the photovoltaic system facing south and that the implementation contract between the operator and the municipality had not yet been drawn up. In the decision of the municipal council to the objections of the farmer one saw the eingrunung of the plant by a hedge not as an impairment of the local picture. In addition, the access to the plant is via the road to the clearing plant and the farmer is not a direct neighbor.

The german railroad did not raise any objections, the aschaffenburg water management office stated "sufficient retention space for the bimbach in the event of a flood" and the farmers’ association expected "no negative effects on neighboring areas". The nature conservation authority pointed out that the grass and herbaceous areas of the site must be mowed once a year, that manure and chemical use are taboo and that native shrubs should be used for the hedge around the site.

Another topic of the meeting was:

Another time the street lighting for the upper and lower village ditch was discussed. Since the path to the gymnasium is used by children and young people and the village ditch area is used by joggers and walkers even in the dark season, several people from groblangheim had suggested the lighting. Mayor hochner said about the financing that a participation of the residents is not possible and the six light poles for the upper village ditch (from the rodelseer strabe to the east) in the offer of the main-danube company with a good 10.000 euros are included. The cable trench is expected to cost around 4,000 euros, since the building yard can also be used here, the mayor suggested.

The planning of the lighting for the lower village ditch (from the gymnasium to the wine festival site) is still in progress. He suggested that for the wine festival a high voltage cable should be laid in the trench of the power supply for the street lamps. This was also unanimously approved, as was the order to the main-danube company for the street lighting of the upper village ditch.
